The company or individual that the site is affiliated with is responsible for this. None of the products or services are guaranteed by itek. We simply designed the site for these businesses. We do not hold any responsibility for anything purchased from these sites.
Hackers:
While we try our best to prevent hackers from destroying a website, it can happen. We acknowledge that this is always a possibility. No one is hackproof (ask Sony). Upon notification of an incident, we will attempt to diagnose the place a hacker broke in, fix the problem, and restore the site back to working order. We do keep offline backups.

Unless graphics were created or purchased by itek we do not guarantee the uniqueness of the images, data, or graphics to be published. Any copyright infringement should be notified to us, as well as notifying the company website in question. itek Technologies does not retain any copyright on graphics or images used in the sites developed by us, unless images were created or purchased by us.
